Poor Customer Service- Semi Reliable software

This software is only semi reliable. Transactions always go thru, but sometimes they dont show up in the reports window. Unfortunately if that happens I cant print a receipt for my customers. Very Frustraiting!!! I have contacted customer service and have been waiting for a week.
